UAV

UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) or drones as they are more commonly known are a very useful tool to have available in the box. We use them for safely and rapidly survey inter-tidal areas, wrecks or structures. If used in place of a sonar system then data density and efficiency of coverage of shoal areas is much improved with less impact than the use of a vessel.
